Not at all! The welding process is quick and safe — the jewelry is welded, not your skin. You may see a tiny flash of light, but you won’t feel pain. Eye protection is required during welding and I’ll provide it for you.

I offer sterling silver and gold filled chain options (and occasional limited specialty options).

Our selection is thoughtfully curated and may change depending on the event. Some chains and charms are limited, seasonal, or may sell out. This keeps each pop-up experience unique! If you’re hoping for a specific style, reach out before your appointment and we’ll let you know availability.

Yes! Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear — you can shower, swim, and wash your hands with it on.

Yes — permanent jewelry is safe for airport security and metal detectors.

Sometimes! Walk-ins are welcome at pop-up events. For private appointments, booking is recommended.

Because each piece is custom sized and permanently welded, refunds are generally not offered. If there’s an issue, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to make it right

No worries If it ever breaks or stretches, save your chain and message me — it can usually be rewelded.

Your first reweld is free. After that, rewelds are $5 each.

Yes! You can remove it anytime by carefully cutting the jump ring with scissors or nail clippers. Tip: cut the small jump ring (not the chain). Keep the chain — it can often be rewelded later.

If you have metal sensitivities, please let me know beforehand so we can choose the best option for you.

Avoid pulling/tugging, try to keep lotion/perfume away from the chain, and clean gently with a soft cloth.

Permanent jewelry is best for teens + adults, but it depends on maturity/activity level. If you’re unsure, message me and we’ll decide together.

It’s possible! If you’d prefer a removable option, just let me know. I don’t keep clasps stocked all the time, but I can get one for your appointment with enough notice.
